1. What we collect

• Your contact and business details
• Your briefs, existing brand assets, files and feedback
• Details that go into your designs, like a business address on a label
• Billing details. Payments are made by bank transfer, or by card through Stripe.
  We never store card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use this information to deliver your work, manage your project, invoice you, and meet our tax and legal obligations. We won't use it for anything else unless you agree.

3. Where it's kept

Your information is kept on trusted platforms for email, project management, file storage, accounting and payments. Some platforms may store data overseas. We select reputable providers, share only what's needed, and limit who can access your information.

4. Collaborators

Collaborators working on your project may see the files they need. They're required to keep them confidential.

5. AI tools

We may use some AI-assisted tools for admin, quick image edits and proofreading. This may include your name, brand name or project details. We avoid sharing sensitive details and switch off training settings wherever a tool allows it.

6. Confidentiality

Briefs, ideas and business information you share are treated as confidential. We only share what's needed to deliver your work.

7. How long we keep it

We keep project files long-term so we can resend them if you need them. Financial records are kept for at least 5 years.

8. Your information

You can ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete anything, by emailing info@binkstudios.com.
